From a young age, reading books by authors like Tolkien and Pratchett, I knew fantasy and adventure stories were for me. I didn’t know I wanted to be a writer, but the lure of dragons guarding their horde and brave adventurers was too much to deny. As I grew, I found a world of epic fantasy literature expanding before me in Donaldson, Martin, Erikson and all the others, and story and a need to write it was born in me.
